This recipe was given to me years ago by my friend Molly. It is amazing on strawberries, ice cream-- oh anything really. I have to stop myself from eating it by the spoonful. It is THAT good- and super easy to whip up when you're craving chocolate.

Ingredients Edit

  • 1/4 cocoa
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions Edit

Combine cocoa, water and sugar in a small sauce pan and bring just to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. It will thicken a bit as it cools. Store in fridge.
