Orange juice

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Yields: 1 cup

Description

Start your day off with a glass of fresh orange juice. An excellent source of Vitamin C, a glass of juice with breakfast will help you make it to lunch!

Ingredients

  • 4 oranges, rinsed and dried

Directions

1. Roll each orange on the side of the counter, then cut in half.

2. Squeeze juice into a glass or pitcher. If you want less pulp, use a hand juicer with a strainer.

3. Serve.
