This Delicious Filipino Dish can be cooked in a short time. It is a very healthy dish.


  • 2 kilograms Chicken thigh and breast
  • 4 big potatoes skinned and sliced to 1*1*1inch cubes
  • 1 clove Garlic peeled and crushed
  • 1 whole onion skinned and sliced to rings
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • half a cup of soy sauce
  • 1 cup vinegar


  1. Prepare everything.
  2. Heat pan.
  3. Add oil.
  4. Saute garlic and onion.
  5. Put the potato in the pan continue sauteing add the chicken.
  6. Then add the soy sauce and vinegar add sugar and pepper to taste.
  7. Stir until boiling.
  8. Simmer or until it dries up.
  9. Serve with rice.
