Ingredients:
apple 2
khoya 100 gm
cashew nut paste 10gm
almond for decoration(cut into pieces)
milk 4 cup
vanilla essence 1tsp
ghee 2tsp
- METHOD:
- peel off the skin of apple and cut into small pieces
- take a pan 'heat ghee .after 2mins add apple and add milk cook till it started to dissolve.
- then add khoya,cashew paste,essence and cook for 5mins
- put off fire..keep in a serving dish and decorate with almond
